2.1 Product Descriptions

We take care to accurately describe our bar equipment and accessories including:

• Bar rail components (moulding, tubing, brackets)
• Bar refrigeration and air line systems
• Bar decor and lighting solutions
• Professional bartender supplies

However, slight variations in color or finish may occur. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

2.2 Custom Products

Custom-cut bar rail moulding or tubing cannot be returned unless defective. Please verify all measurements before ordering.

2.3 Hygiene Products

For health and safety reasons, opened bar cleaning supplies and touch-up paints cannot be returned.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

3.3 Pricing

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, though orders already placed will be honored.

• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipment

4.3 Delivery Areas

We ship globally except to certain restricted Asian regions and remote locations.

4.4 Delivery Issues

You must inspect shipments immediately. Report any damage within 48 hours with photos of the damaged items and packaging.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

You may return most unused items in original packaging within 15 days of receipt. Non-returnable items include:

• Opened cleaning supplies
• Custom-cut products
• Opened bartender supplies

5.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Wait for our RMA authorization

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are issued within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
