Lukr Side Pull Beer Faucet – Baroko – Gold- W/ U.S. Shank Adapter

The Lukr Side Pull Faucet is constructed from stainless steel with nitride-titanium coating to give it its golden color. What makes this faucet truly unique is the side pull handle that allows you to have full control over your pour and a spout that you insert into the glass so you can recreate the traditional methods for pouring Czech Pilsners, most notably the Pilsner Urquell brand. An additional flow control knob on the side of the faucet allows for fine-tuning of your pour.

There are three styles for pouring and other Czech Pilsners. The Hladinka is the standard method that provides you with a mug half full of beer and half full of foam (or about three fingers worth), which gives you a balanced mix of the bitterness and sweetness in the beer. Šnyt is a smaller beer poured into a large glass consisting of two parts beer, three parts foam, and one part empty glass. This is refreshing and less-filling pour gives you room to enjoy more beer or food during a session. Then there is Mlíko, which is a mug full of sweet and creamy wet foam that really shows off the hops and aromatics of the beer. This is traditionally enjoyed as a dessert beer.
